Next call with Richard Unger: How indecision shows up in hands
By Jena Griffiths | December 11, 2010
“I used to think I was indecisive. But now I’m not too sure.”
😉
The next call with with Richard Unger is next Thursday 8pm Swiss time, 2pm Eastern, 11am Pacific.
The topic is indecision.
For more information or to register click here.
During the call we’ll be exploring all the different ways indecision, “fence sitting” or not being able to choose shows up in hands.
Indecisiveness has many different sources. As usual, clearly understanding the root cause of the problem is the first step to solving it.
How to be more decisive?
Here are 2 Actions you can take right now:
1. When you can’t decide: tune into your body, breathe deeply. Hold the decision you are thinking of taking in your mind. Then ask yourself: do I feel lighter or heavier?
If you feel lighter this is the right decision. if you feel heavier this is not the right choice for you right now.
This is the principle on which kineseology works. Your body absolutely knows the answer. Trust it.
2. take one small step. It doesn’t really matter which way. This ends the deadlock. Think of those travel games where one has a picture on sliding blocks. The picture starts off looking scrambled and one has to slide the blocks around until the picture is unscrambled. If we just stare atthe puzzle without moving anything we can’t see a solution and get blocked. However, if you move a piece, this opens up all sorts of other possibilities.
You can then see if the move was a good one or not. If it wasn’t one can always retract back.
This is just one of many techniques we’ll be discussing on the call:
