Why in the world are they spraying?
By Jena Griffiths | August 20, 2012
“…because we allow it!”
In case you’re wondering why.
Geopolitics. Land theft through weather manipulation, poisoned populations, manipulation of who are the the have and have nots, and the creation of a global dependency on genetically modified Terminator seeds…. (seeds that don’t reproduce and therefore need to be bought).

The invisible bike helmet
By Jena Griffiths | August 18, 2012
Love this brilliant idea by Swedish inventors Anna Haupt and Terese Alstin
The world’s first invisible helmet called Hovding – a thick collar with an airbag hood underneath that deploys on impact.
It costs about $600 and is only suitable for adults or children over 15.
I’ve been shopping around to see where to get one. Seems the best option is directly through
Hovding.

Thursday with Phyllis.
By Jena Griffiths | July 5, 2012
Our weekly calls with Phyllis Krystal have been postponed as it was too stressful for Phyllis to worry each week about whether or not her voice would be strong enough for the call.
You can learn Phyllis’s technique in the meantime through her book “Cutting Ties that Bind”.
Cutting the Ties That Bind: Growing Up and Moving On
Phyllis will walk us through the proper use of the figure of eight in a future call.
Please note, you need to practice the figure of eight at least two weeks before you finally cut ties with someone.
The final letting go ritual needs to be done properly. I recommend you get a friend to help you follow Phyllis’s method exactly as her book explains or seek help from someone certified in Phyllis’s system.
More about Phyllis Krystal.
Listen to our first call here. Phyllis walked us through her maypole exercise for connecting with higher guidance. (You can download the guided meditation as a separate recording on the same page.)
Recommend you use the step by step instructions in her workbook if you can’t find a facilitator near you.
Here is the Amazon version. Maybe it is also in your local bookshop.

How to let go of someone
By Jena Griffiths | June 25, 2012
I used Phyllis Krystal’s figure of 8 exercise and her cutting ties ritual just before my divorce a few years ago. It was really effective and I often recommend it to clients who want to let go of someone or something. Or who want to strengthen their boundaries or their ability to say no.
This coming Thursday Phyllis Krystal will walk us through this exercise herself, in the first of our weekly calls “Thursdays with Phyllis”.
This will be the start of weekly calls with Phyllis, on tools for everyday life. How to handle things and survive difficult situations.
These are great tools to use yourself and to share with clients, friends and family.
When and how long will these calls be?
The live call will be every Thursday at 2 pm Central Europe, 1pm UK, 8am Eastern US. Elsewhere.
If you can’t make the live call then pre-submit any questions you have. Phyllis will answer them during the live call and the recording will be available in the Phyllis Krystal Room.
Each call will be half an hour, longer if there are lots of questions.
Register for updates if you’d like to be reminded on the day.
Like to start using this exercise right away?
Here’re the basics to get started:
Image a golden circle around yourself an arm’s length all the way round.
Now image a second circle the same size. The 2 golden circles are on the ground, touching but not overlapping.
Put the other person in the second circle.
Now image a blue neon light going clockwise round the other person and anti-clockwise around you in a figure of eight formation.
(If the person was or is abusive they may try to leave the circle.
Phyllis will help us with this and other situations on Thursday).
Keep visualizing the neon blue light making a figure of 8 around the two of you.
If you have an questions related to this technique, type them into the question box in the Phyllis Krystal Room. You’ll learn the full technique on Thursday.

Connecting to a higher wisdom
By Jena Griffiths | June 25, 2012
One of the most powerful exercises I’ve ever come across for connecting to a higher wisdom,
or your higher God-self, is Phyllis Krystal’s Maypole exercise.
Use the Maypole practice as a way to connect daily, or more often, to ask for guidance and to
receive exactly what you need right now.
How to use this technique
Listen to the call to get the full technique. But here are the basics:
You choose any color ribbon – your choice for the day – and then visualize holding it and using it like a telephone line. The ribbon connects to a golden sphere at the top of the maypole (representing your own Higher Consciousness or God-self). Ask for your higher C to send you exactly what you need right now. Usually what we ask for is only a tiny fraction of what is actually possible so keep your request open.
There are several steps to this practice: asking for relaxing energy, asking for healing (including our need to control the outcome), asking for cleansing energy, for strengthening energy and for unconditional love. There’s also a step for sending this love to others. Phyllis will walk us through the entire process here.
Several groups of people around the world use the maypole for distance healing. You can do the same by starting your own group wherever you are in the world.
