Refusing negative energy – interview with author of Zor.

By Jena Griffiths | November 9, 2012

refusing negative energy
This was a fantastic call. One of the best I’ve done. Zor’s author, Ray Clements was great. Gave some good advice for dealing with negative energy and fascinating background info on how the book got written. Looking forward to his sequel.
Sorry if you couldn’t get on the live call. I see the email link I sent was faulty.
Here’s the replay
The key point we discussed?
You don’t have to accept negative energy that other people try to dump on you. Just say no.
We also discussed how to save your marriage, entanglement, quantum physics and other themes covered in Zor.

Are you at the end of your tether?

By Jena Griffiths | November 8, 2012

suicide, end of the road
Sometimes this world can seem like a very dark place. it’s hard to find hope or a reason to be here. If this is where you are right now, let me tell you something. Most people won’t share this because they find it too indicting, or too embarrassing to admit. They see it as a flaw in their character. But it’s not a flaw. Actually, it comes with being human. We all wonder at some point. Should I step out of the game? Can I stand this any longer? What’s the point anyway?

Freud even gave this a name – he called it a death drive, or death wish.

In his novel, the Hanging Tree, David Lambkin tells a story about an archaeological dig in Africa – they’re unearthing the fossils of world’s first murder victim. But then guess what? It turns out that it the world’s first recorded murder wasn’t a murder at all but a family suicide.
I find this a profound thought. The idea that even prehistoric man wrestled with this demon.

It’s so easy to forget that we are spirits having a human experience

So how do you live with this part of you that wants to end everything?

We get so caught up in the game we are playing we forget who we really are. The gurus all say you are never alone. They also say you can test this theory by taking yourself right to the edge, where you can’t manage anymore. Some other force steps in and takes over.

I like to think of us as deep sea divers. With an oxygen cable running up to a massive support team up above. Deep sea divers can talk to their team in the boat up above. And the team can change the oxygen mixture to suit your conditions and how deep you are diving.

Sometimes we feel like the chord has been cut. That we are totally alone. But that is impossible.
YOU CAN NEVER BE DISCONNECTED. It just feels that way.
Just imagine the chord and you’ll be reconnected instantly.
Think of your emotions as a buoyancy vest. This is what divers use to go up or down.
What you are doing on this planet is learning how to go up or down by managing your emotions.
You drop your energy and you descend into darkness. You learn to put oxygen into your emotions (buoyancy vest) and you rise up. It’s the same planet but a completely different place. Suddenly you’re up where the sun can reach. Where there is beautiful coral and lots of colored fish and people you love. More about this.

I’m writing about this because last week someone stepped in front of a train near where I live. I think that’s a very unfair thing to do to other people as well as yourself.

What to do when you feel you have dropped to the bottom of the ocean?
Here are some action steps you can do right now:

1. Sit with the feeling of wanting to end it and feel gratitude for the feeling even though you don’t know why.

2. Imagine your spine is a hollow tube full of light. See this tube getting brighter and brighter. Imagine this tube extending right up above your head and right down to the center of the Earth. You can breathe in more light from both directions. Breathe in energy alternatively from above and below.

Alternatively use Phyllis Krystal’s Maypole exercise in the same way. Here you connect to the HIgher C via a colored ribbon. You can access this guided meditation in the free auditorium.

3.Ask for help. You have a whole support team up there waiting to help you. They can’t help you until you actually ask them.

4. Listen to some of the interviews in the archives about dealing with depression – eg. using breath or EFT or Richard Moss on the Mandala of Being (manging your emotions). Or get the book The Healing Code: 6 Minutes to Heal the Source of Your Health, Success, or Relationship Issue.

5. Change your posture. Lift your head and change your facial expression. This sounds weird but put a pen between your teeth. (Seriously!) Exercise also really helps. So does omega 3 and sunshine.

6. Just think about one other person, or animal or plant you could help, and then do it.

7. You have a reason for being here and this is visible in your fingerprints.
Consider having your fingerprints analyzed. Your fingerprints are a map that show you how to adjust your buoyancy vest – you can learn to manage your emotions according to this map – and learn to go up instead of down. If you know someone else who is depressed send them for hand analysis.

8. You can also learn how to increase your energy and self mastery using sacred geometry through the book and Cds The Hathor Material by Tom Kenyon.

Good luck.

Soul Tracking with Richard Unger

By Jena Griffiths | November 5, 2012

This Tuesday Earth School Inner Circle members will be learning
soul tracking exercises from Richard Unger.

I asked Richard how this call will be different from “The 39 Steps”.

“We will go into more detail this time – the 39 steps gave a list of soul
tracking exercises; this time we will go into more detail on specific soul
tracking exercises, with a focus on the heart line as an example of what
is possible.”

Members’ replays
How to join this class.

Here’s what people said about our last soul tracking call:

“An absolutely brilliant call. Life changing.”
” What a great call !!! ”

Sacred Geometry

By Jena Griffiths | October 29, 2012

In his book The Hathor Material, Tom Kenyon explores three powerful exercises involving sacred geometry. These exercises help you enhance your energy level but they are useful for improving your brain performance, creativity and emotional wellbeing. They also help clear away old blocks that may be keeping you stuck.

Tom Kenyon the Hathors sacred geometry
I was surprised to see that one of the exercises Kenyon was given by the Hathors uses the infinity symbol in a very similar way to Phyllis Krystal’s cutting ties figure of 8 exercise. But it’s used in a very different way.
Phyllis uses this exercise to help you free yourself from other people or ideas by putting yourself and the other person or thing inside the two circles in the shape.
Tom uses the same figure of 8 exercise but instead of putting yourself inside the symbol you walk it. He tells a beautiful story of how he helped a show jumping horse get rid of a block he’d developed simply by walking the figure of eight.
Tom also uses this and two other sacred symbols as a kind of brain gym exercise.

Here’s how to use the infinity symbol in this way
He says imagine two circles inside your head. The circles are just touching each other, like a pair of round glasses, but imagine them inside your head instead of outside, behind the bridge of your nose.

Now imagine an illuminated white dot starting at the bridge and then very slowly tracing a figure of eight up the right side and around it and then up the left side and around it. Allow your eyes to follow the white dot as it moves around the shape. First in one direction and then in the other.

Kenyon suggests working with this symbol for a week before adding the next two symbols.
You can get the other symbol exercises plus other powerful ways to enhance your energy from his book, the Hathor Material, available through Amazon or his website. Kenyon calls the work he does with sacred symbols Interdimensional Consciousness Training ©.

The idea is to participate in a global shift towards more awareness of our interconnectedness and impact on each other.
When? November 4th 2012 at 3:00 PM PST to November 5th 2012 at 4:00 PM PST (i.e. anytime between Midnight to midnight on Nov 5th in Europe.)

Are you getting eaten alive by on-line marketers?

By Jena Griffiths | October 18, 2012

Most of us wouldn’t survive a day in the jungle without getting bitten or stung or perhaps even eaten alive. You need to be alert to the dangers and hopefully have a guide who can see the subtle camouflage and clever trap lines.
The same applies on-line or anywhere in life actually. Survival comes from having direction, being fully aware/present and also conscious of what’s out there.
These days the Internet is overcrowded with marketers trying to sell you something. Some are honest and others aren’t.
What most marketers try to do is look for something you need and then offer you a little bit for free, a bit more for a few dollars and then, if you like what you get, progressively more and more expensive packages. This is called a profit funnel.

Profit funnels are legitimate if the inexpensive products are complete. For example, an informative book. But these days, the inexpensive products aren’t complete. Usually all they are designed to do is alert you to the fact that you need far more information. And, even worse, marketers have figured out that it’s easier to get people to buy products for thousands rather than just a book for $20 or $30.
How do they do this? By offering lots and lots of free stuff until you trust them enough to buy something for a few thousand.
Here’s an analogy.

A Marketing lesson from Africa – profit funnels 101
dangers of on-line marketing
Here’s an example of a simple and honest “profit funnel” created by the tiny but ferocious ant lion.

Now imagine if the ant lion sprinkled sugar all around the edges of their trap.
They’d have a lot more ants wouldn’t they?
But it gets even more complex these days.

Imagine if these ant lions could work in packs, where if you were an ant half way down one funnel you ended up getting sucked down huge multiple joint venture funnels ….
Well then, you wouldn’t necessarily be in Africa anymore. You’d be on-line. Getting a nasty lesson in on-line marketing 101.

These funnels are getting more and more sophisticated, with trap doors and return loops and eight hour sugar bonanzas that keep you from wandering off instead of going where you’re supposed to- down the chute.
And the chutes are getter deeper. Most are designed so that you won’t get out without spending way more than you had ever anticipated.
What to do?
Think like an ant trying to go from a to b.
Get really clear on your goals and objectives.

Millions of people are trying to sell you stuff on-line and some products are really good.
But even good things can be harmful if they take you off your track.
The real danger is falling down several funnels at the same time.
Free stuff is the sugar that draws you into one of these funnels.
– Buy a book.
– Find a guide.
– Buy the low end product and if this is incomplete and designed only to get you to buy a really expensive product then run for your life.
– If you do buy an expensive product and then, instead of getting someone on the end of a helpline, the marketer tries to also sell you all his mates’ stuff instead of actually helping you run for your life too.
– Maybe employ a marketing professional instead of trying to turn yourself into one.
Also, take a look at the creature at the bottom of the funnel before you buy.
Most profit funnels are only able to turn you into the “ant lion” at the bottom of them.
Is that really who you’d like to be? If so, enjoy the ride.
😉

If you’re a healer or hand analyst busy building a business, see my interview with Richard Unger on building a successful healing practice.
There’s a danger of focusing too much on-line when in fact your clients are all around you.
Basically you need to get out there and do talks and participation evenings.
Find people with large circles of friends who are willing to host you in their area/town.
