Hand Analyst and NLP practitioner from Boulder, Colorado, USA.

Sandy says there are two parts to Rapid Eye Techniques (RET).
The first is the process of releasing past pain, suffering and
trauma through the RET process.
The second is learning and applying Right Life Skills.
We’ll be talking to Sandra about both parts of her work and how
she combines Rapid Eye Techniques with hand analysis.
Sandy’s story
“When I first discovered Rapid Eye Technology in 1995, I was over committed and burned out, and having a lot of anger and irritation in my life. I thought it was because I was going through menopause.
However, I had been deeply involved in the foundation and setting up of the Sandpoint Waldorf School. I had not only had the Board meetings and the administrative office in my home during the first year, I was Board President and full time volunteer. I was stressed and overwhelmed by the obligations I had taken on at that time.
I saw an article in the newspaper about Rapid Eye Technology and my first thought was, this sounds too good to be true. I immediately found the phone number of the person who was doing RET and I went for my first appointment.
We worked on the times I remembered being angry in my past, not that I could call up the feeling, but we blinked it out anyway. After a couple hours of this process, I left her office feeling disoriented, but somehow different.
A couple days after my first session, during a long Board Meeting, I was amazed to see that I wasn’t getting triggered into my usual anger and irritation. The feeling of lightness and freedom continued, not that I had resolved all my issues, but I had definitely lightened the load.
That was when I knew that RET was an important tool for producing visible change in our lives. I set about getting the required 12 sessions, clearing the anger, sadness and many emotional blocks to my healthy well-being and proceeded to get training, including the Master RET requirements at the Rapid Eye Institute in Salem, Ore
I never have looked back. My life purpose has always been about getting results and my life lesson has been about emotional authenticity. What Rapid Eye has provided me is a way to get results and help myself and others achieve emotional health and well-being. Rapid Eye Technology, (RET ) www.rapideyetechnology.com, was founded by Dr. Ranae Johnson, PhD. at the Rapid Eye Institute in Salem, Oregon. Years of research combined with inspired techniques, have brought forth a process that clears away negative feelings and experiences, and produces lasting change.

This process appears to make connections between the right and left brain which enables us to receive insight about our life and come to a sense of resolution and acceptance about the past.
