Cures for depression: Jump
By Jena Griffiths | November 15, 2010
Exercise is one of the bests ways to counter depression.
Yesterday we were climbing alps in the glorious sunshine but today we’re in the freezing fog.
As my mother used to say: the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
🙂
What I do in times like this is put on my Jumps and run or dance on the spot in my living room.
(I also go running in them outdoors when the weather isn’t too bad).
They’re a great way to elevate your mood. And you often meet new people because they’re so unusual.
I discovered Jumps through a fitness training friend in Johannesburg but actually they’re a Swiss invention!
If you’d like a pair here’s where you can get more info
