The 90 second rule – loving your clients
By Jena Griffiths | February 6, 2012
I have Jim Fannin in my car at the moment – in the form a series of CDs from Nightingale-Conant.
I’m really impressed with his 90 Second Rule . A series of one and a half minute exercises you can do anywhere
anytime throughout the day.
Jim is a world class sports coach but his principles apply in business and family life too. They really are ingenius and simple to apply.
I love the idea of stopping whatever you’re focusing on and taking a 90 second vacation to your most favourite place in the world, and the real time effect this has on your body.
Or his great way of losing weight – spending 90 seconds eating something you really love – in your imagination. (Your mind doesn’t actually know the difference!)
Or loving your clients by sending them 90 seconds images of them really benefiting from your services…
These few described above are really just the tip of the iceberg. Highly recommended.
