How to live on Earth – review
By Jena Griffiths | November 3, 2026
I loved this new film “How to live on Earth” by Benedict Cumberbatch that’s about to screen at the Films for Future festival in Zurich, Switzerland.
Cumberbatch explores some hard options we may have to take in the near future should we continue on the same track of taking nature for granted, such as the enormous effort of having to hand pollinate crops if we lose our bee populations to pesticides.
How to partner with nature rather than work against it?
He also offers workable solutions, such as a business model where nature is enfranchised and partnered with on equal footing rather than stripped of what it currently gives us freely.
Awesome film. Highly recommended.
